When entering a loan payment (also making edits or a write-off) for a loan, follow the steps here:
- after logging into the system
- navigate to Finances
- click the Loans tab
- search for and go to the relevant loan
- (alternatively, you can get to the loan by going to the person or org record, click all transactions)
- you will see icons in the upper right corner for entering a loan payment, loan write-off, edit, and delete.
- select the desired action and enter the details.
