Every email sent measures the rate of bounces and the number of emails read. Email reports presents the pertinent data for all of your sent emails. To use Email reports, select "Email Campaigns" from the left hand navigation and select the "View Email Reports" option. The following defines the terms relating to your email's performance.
List size: The number of emails that were sent. This number excludes duplicate emails that were caught by the mail engine and were thus not sent -- even though they may be included in the list.
Bounces: All bounced emails, from either bad addresses (hard bounces) or mailbox full (soft bounces).
Read-Rate: The number of emails that were physically opened. Note: this number will not include text-only emails or emails that were read but not physically opened. The read-rate percentage is based on the number opened / the number received.
Opt-outs: The number of people who opted out of your email list from your email.
Click thru: The number of people who clicked on a link to your site in the email.
