Sometimes, a person on your email list will report that they didn't get your latest email broadcast. Until now, that's been a difficult thing to track down and find out why. But now you can search for an individual email and see that emails entire history of sends, bounces, spam reports, opens, etc. Here's how:
- Go to Email Campaigns
- Click Manage People on an Email List
- Click View Individual Email Activity
- type the email address in the box and click search
The system shows every email action for every individual email that address received. For instance, if you sent an email to an address and that address received it, opened it, clicked on it, then reported it as spam, then all of these actions will show up for that one email.
