One of the ways that Blue Utopia offers and supports powerful technology to campaigns of all sizes is that are prices are based on the size of the campaign or organization. The size of your organization is based on two factors: the number of records in your database and the number of supported users.
A supported user is simply an account that has full direct support from the Blue Utopia Support Team. Supported users can create support tickets, call and chat with a member of our support team, etc.
By contrast, an unsupported user does not receive direct personal support but does have full access to the knowledgebase of articles and self-help. These users are limited to self-help.
