Sometimes, a donation is entered incorrectly. In such a case, you can easily edit or delete the transaction.
To edit a donation:
1. Go into the admin panel and navigate to Finances
2. Click the Transactions tab
3. Click the tab that corresponds to the type of transaction you need to edit.
4. You will default to the view tab, showing the last 25 entries. If necessary, click the search tab and find the specific transaction you need to edit. The system will return a list of donations.
5. Toward the right of all results pages, you should see an edit icon.
6. Simply click the edit icon, which will take you into an edit form for that transaction.
7. Correct the data and click save.
To Delete a donation:
Follow steps 1 - 6 above until you get to the edit form.
Instead of editing the details, click the delete icon at the top-right of the form.
Click Delete and then Confirm.
