All broadcast emails will include an opt-out process in the footer. However, it's not uncommon for recipients to simply reply and ask to be removed. You can easily opt them out of all future emails manually. The best and safest way is to mark them as Do-Not-Email in the CRM system.
To mark a person as Do Not Email, follow these steps:
- Log into the admin panel
- Click Constituent Manager
- Search for the person
- Click the 'contact info' tab
- Scroll down to the Email section
- Mark the person as Do-Not-Use for the corresponding email address(es)
- In the note box, you might want to enter a description (screenshot below)
- Click Save
