At times, you may need to add transactions for bank interest or transfers from one bank to another. To make sure that these transactions appear in the proper place in future compliance reports, you will need to set them as bank(s). Here are the steps to add a bank:
- log into your admin panel
- go to Finance
- click the Setup tab
- click the Depository Info tab
- in the Define Depository Information section, begin typing the bank name
- a results box will display the possible matches as you type. Your results may appear like this:
- select the correct organization as it appears OR continue typing the full name of the bank to add a new organization.
