Before you can upload an FEC report of any kind, you must enter your filername and password in the setup section of Finance Manager. You get your filername and password from the FEC. See here for instructions if you don't already have one. Once you have that, enter it into BlueUtopia with these steps:
- log into the admin panel
- go to Finances
- click the Setup tab
- click the Electronic Filing tab
- fill in the Filer Email and Filer Password
- save
